“Hello Fraser I wish to make a couple of points regarding the installation of my fireplace carried out last week. Firstly I was disappointed the fitting date was set back. I understand that products sometimes come into stock late, but from my point of view I had to reschedule my decorator who also was not best pleased. In addition to this the remote control has somehow decoupled itself from the fire and now I am unable to make sense of the instructions. Once this issue is rectified you may certainly consider me a happy customer, but please rectify first.”
